IF:Gathering
“Even if” ....... no matter what follows those two words there IS HOPE in JESUS. That is the theme for this year's Women’s Conference. Come join us for a Friday evening and Saturday, April 30-May1, as we stream the If: Gathering. The costfor this event is $40 and includes three meals, plus snacks and beverages.
Lunch Menu
Salads (Choice of Dressing: Balsamic or Italian)
Roasted Tomato & Fresh Mozzarella Salad
Mixed greens, roasted plum tomatoes, fresh sliced mozzarella with basil pesto & seasoned grilled chicken.
Rockefeller
Mixed greens, sliced strawberries, gorgonzola cheese, candied walnuts & aged balsamic vinaigrette (with a scoop of chicken salad)
Sandwiches/Wrap (served with a side of chips)
Turkey BLT Wrap
Spinach tortilla, roasted turkey, crisp bacon, cheddar cheese, mixed greens, tomatoes, sliced red onions & ranch dressing.
Mediterranean Sliced Chicken
Roasted Mediterranean chicken, marinated artichokes, feta cheese, lettuce, Tomato, Purple Onion & lemon-
herb aioli on a 6” sub roll
Dessert: Brownie (Individual wrapped)
