Bible Studies
Sunday School
Our Sunday School meets on Sunday mornings from 9:00-10:00 (with one adult class meeting at 10:30). It’s preceded by a time of fellowship with coffee, juice, donuts, & bagels from 8:15-8:45. During the Sunday School hour, we offer a number of different classes: some large, some small, some divided by age or stage of life, and others made up of all kinds of folks. Some study groups work their way through books of the Bible, while others are more topically oriented. Regardless of who you are or what kind of a group you’re looking for, we’ve got a group of folks somewhere that would love to have you join them.
Youth and Children
Youth meet each Sunday morning from 9:00 - 10:00 in the second storey of our main building. Our childrens' Sunday Schools meet each Sunday morning from 9:00 - 10:00 followed by Kids Church during our second service from 10:30 - 11:30. For specifics, please visit our K-5 page or the Youth Ministry page.
Adult Sunday School I (9:00 - 10:00)
This class is our most long-running class, and for good reason. It's led by one of our elders, David Sanders, and is open to adults of any age. Though the average age of the class is older than the "Young" Adult class, there are a number of younger people that call this class "Home" on Sunday mornings, so it ranges from college students to seniors citizens. The class studies the Bible book by book and verse by verse, and they do it in a way that's interactive, with lots of lively discussion.
Adult Sunday School II (10:30 - 11:30)
This class, led by Bryant Walker, meets during the second worship service, from 10:30 - 11:30, and it is currently focusing on the study of the end times. They are currently studying the book of Revelation. Anyone is invited to join in as they learn what God has planned for the coming end of the "Time of the Gentiles" and the events God's chosen people will endure during the tribulation and into the 1000 year reign of Christ on the earth before entering eternity and the New Heaven and the New Earth. You will find this to be an in-depth study with lots of time for discussion.
If you have a specific question about what group might be best for you, call the church office at 283-8306, or just show up between 8:15 & 8:45 for a quick breakfast and ask someone to recommend a class for you.
